Loyl Stromberg, one of SPPA's founders, will celebrate his 96th birthday May 5. He is currently in an assisted living facility in Minnesota, due to some physical frailty, but he is active and as dedicated to poultry as ever. Here he is, showing me some of his many poultry art objects. His home is like a museum, filled with wonderful artistic remembrances of his many friends in the poultry world. He is a great guy and it has been my privilege to call him my friend.
